Bystander Intervention Training
Bringing in the Bystander teaches students how to overcome resistance to intervening when they observe incidence of sexualized violence. By empowering students to become pro-social bystanders, we hope to create a community response to preventing sexualized violence and fostering a safer environment on campus. Students will leave the session with greater ability to identify the continuum of inappropriate sexual behaviours and learn where bystander intervention is appropriate. This in-person training is 90 minutes in duration.
