Tuesday, Feb. 4, 6:30am 鈥 Camosun鈥檚 campuses are CLOSED on Feb. 4 due to heavy snowfall and challenging road conditions being reported throughout the region. All classes and services will be closed for the day.

Students and employees are encouraged to stay warm, keep safe and avoid travel if possible.

Award description

This award is for a student who is a College Preparatory or first-year Arts & Science student who has been away from formal academic studies for at least three years prior to attending Camosun College and has successfully completed at least six credit courses, at least two of which are part of the College Preparatory program.

Criteria

You must:

  • be a College Preparatory or first-year Arts & Science student who has been away from formal academic studies for at least three years prior to attending Camosun College
  • have successfully completed at least six credit courses, at least two of which are part of the College Preparatory program. You should have completed at least one of the following courses: MATH 077, MATH 097, MATH 107 or MATH 115, have a minimum GPA of 7.0 (A-) and not been a previous recipient of this award
  • 蝉耻产尘颈迟听a brief statement describing your background, academic program, career goals and interests (200 words)
