- be in their final year of study in the聽Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree - Human Resource Management & Leadership Major program聽during the current award eligibility period (May 1 - April 30)
- have聽the highest GPA in years 3 and 4
- be in good academic standing

A recipient will be selected based on academic performance. You will have attended classes at least one semester during the period聽May 1 - April 30.
