While working in the kitchen during a busy lunch rush can be hectic, her instructors and classmates are there supporting her. 鈥淭he chefs keep things fun which is nice when the kitchen is a pretty chaotic and stressful place,鈥� says Savannah. 鈥淭hey鈥檝e taught me that I need to put in the effort to get good results, to have pride in my work, and to put 100% in whenever you can. Some days 100% might look like 50% and that's okay.鈥濃€疭he also knows that she has that support after she leaves college. 鈥淢y classmates and I have created a strong group of friends that I know will always have my back in the industry.鈥濃€�
